It mounts to concrete or metal substrates and features a full-size D-ring with a dual swivel for 360-degree mobility. Available configurations include a concrete expansion anchor, adjustable bolt assembly, or weld-on puck for temporary and permanent single anchoring points and temporary horizontal lifeline systems. The product meets ANSI Z359.18-2017 and OSHA 1910.140 / 1926.502.
